Interesting idea, using a train for repo work. Guess it's good for those Hummers nobody can make payments on any more. But only if they're parked near the train tracks -- not too versatile, is it? ... oh, that's not supposed to be pronounced "Repo-er"? My bad.

| | | I finally dumped the pictures off my camera, and found the only two shots we got of the caboose in Tulsa. Still pretty crappy, but the railroad is in the median of the expressway, so the situation doesn't allow for much in the way of composition. I think my son took the pictures as I negotiated traffic. I didn't notice until just now that the windows (at least the side windows) have been replaced with sheet metal.

| | | Hey thanks for the compliments guys. Nah I didn't get any mini train pics that were worth posting. I took some pics outside but all of them turned out craptastic. [last edit 8/7/2009 5:48 AM by CheesesChrist - edited 1 times]

| | | Got a question for all you train afficionados... What are the engines on the end of those long coal trains doing? Seems like the engines should be at the front with the others.

| | | Not really in Texas, I live in Missouri but thought you all might enjoy this. It was a train that derailed back in the fifties and was basically left for nature to take back. It's in a flood plain so many of the cars are either buried or scattered. When I was there I counted fifteen cars, all wooden construction spread like massive toys.

| | | Wow! That's pretty awesome! I love all the trees that have fallen over everything and how the cars have sunk into the ground. It's kinda crazy that they just left them there to rust.
