I think DFW needs to plan a massive "welcome to summer" event or something, like plan it now for June so everyone can request off and bookmark it, then drag beers, a picnic and a stereo down into Rat Race or something.

Well, my being there doesn't bring any guarantees either. I try to pick someplace I wouldn't mind hanging out at by myself, since it might be a dozen or it might just be me. Crossing my fingers for nxt month (and the special summer celebration too).

However, I do want to meet some of you guys. I don't normally explore with others too much (usually can't find people who are down for it, especially at night).
However, when I have met others in places, I've always had fun, so I definitely would like to hook up with some others.
I'm going to try and make sure I attend the next one - and for sure, the Summer Event Extraordinaire™ !

| | | | Two new guys showed up. I brought my GF, so I was the only "regular" (if I count as a regular). We had some good conversation and Opening Bell was nice. GF and I hit South Side until a resident "helped" us find the way out.
We are either going to hit White Rock creek or a drain on the border of North Dallas and Plano tomorrow. PM me if any of you have any interest.
