Windows is generally as safe as Linux/Unix, (if well configured). There are new bugs beeing released almost every week for Linux, just like Windows. Both OS got their flaws.

Not meaning him switching, I mean other people running Windows switching to Linux. It has it's benefits that help a lot of people who can't afford to spend a lot of money on software.

The OS doesn't cost that much. Windows based systems still give the greatest degree of flexibility and are compatible with more hardware and apps than any Linux product.

Agreed. It all depends on how well the OS is secured/patched, etc.

where i used to work we rented from a disaster recovery company a 45 foot trailer with 2 lieberts 2 PDUs 6 racks and pre cabled with 2 KVM consoles the entire thing was worth about 600 000$ and it wasnt as thoughough as the black box
