If anything I'd think one of those magnet-mount orange lights would be the best. If you're going to be seen might as well make it seem like you're supposed to be there...

And those orange lights really mean nothing AFAIK legally.

That might work if I didn't have a sports car.

I don't care about lights and stuff, just don't go up at night, that's the best way to get into trouble. The best time to go to these kinds of places is to go around noon-ish. That way you don't draw too much attention to yourself.

I'm not saying I'm going to go do that... but to me it makes more sense than trying to go 'silent'.

If I saw a car driving around with lights on in my no trespassing area, I'd go question them. If I saw a car driving around with an orange light on, I might still go question it (this depends highly on your type of car / who you have in it obviously). But If I saw a car with no lights on, I'd probably just call the police.

Or like I said before, you could just not go during the night. I mean sure, it might be a little cooler to check out places at night, but it's also a great way to have a few cops in your face. I speak from experience.

Besides, wouldn't you be more jumpy at night, and it is dark (more risk of something happening).

But I agree, it is really cool up there at night!

I guess it depends if you get sketched out very easily. I love checking places out at night, but if there's something unsafe about it (like the holes in the floor at the Villa), then I usually just say "I'll come back in daylight."

As long as the Villa is like it is... it'll be a daylight only adventure for me in the future.

My friend nearly died in the daylight when we were inside.

As he was climbing back down from the roof the ladder began to come loose so he dropped to the bottom and ran around the corner. The only thing that kept him from falling 10 feet to the garage floor was a rusted railing. Then for some reason he ran screaming back to the entrance and I thought he was being chased.

Good times...

Ill let you all in on a few very good tips for not getting caught at the radar..

All you UE noobs listen up.

1. Park on the Beaver Bank Rd Or Take the Bus..
2. Don't walk up with a crew of people.. or Be Loud
3. Don't go at night..Its dangerous and there are normally crews of loud people up there.
4. If you see the owner and/or the cops !!!DON'T RUN!!! Stop talk to them, Tell them you herd about the place and went for a walk to see what it looked liked.
Running Only Pisses the RCMP & the owner. And makes you look guilty.

FYI: The owner only lives 1 min away.. and has the key to the back gate which i doubt half of you even don't know where i mean.

For All the Taggers & Vandalisers

There a trail you can try to drive your lowered civic with Fart cans up.. Look around you'll see it.
And while your up there.. Light some fireworks and have roman candle wars.

Thanks, I'll be nice if I see him the next time I'm up there.

What do you suppose his reaction would be to a guy in a combat jacket with an expensive camera who says he's a amateur photographer?

Or you could just hide inside somewhere until he leaves.
I mean the place is huge enough that you could move around undetected. And even if he does hear a noise, it'll probably just be a pigeon.
