Posted by tynkerbelle These are 3 trucks (2 different black ones) at my Dad's place that have been sitting for about 20 years or so. There are some "before" pics right before they were parked so you can see how they have deteriorated over the years

If seeing the motor or interior help determine if it is an LT1 here they are. http://i50.tinypic.com/2u5bcx5.jpg http://i47.tinypic.com/v5h5c1.jpg http://i49.tinypic.com/vd3k08.jpg The cars inspection dates to 92 and it has an old yellow PA plate. From what I can tell this building closed as a factory in the 1970s and was used until 1994 as some sort of display company, doing carpentry work to make displays for stores, etc. So from the looks of it these two things have been sitting generally unmolested for almost 20 years now in the middle of Philadelphia. And yes, they both need rescued immediately Also, do you know what the wrecked body is? I am no ar expert but I want to say its a Dodge Power Wagon.

This is a 72, the last of the truly classic vettes. Everything since has been junk until the C5 which came out in '97. The '84-96 models, though much better than the mid to late 70's models are still turds by today's standards. Bottom line, this car is totally worth saving

This is an awesome photo - the twist of its body and your angle makes the shot

Posted by Phule I was out exploring for sites and I came across this years ago. I asked the guy if I could come on to his property and photograph a few of his plethora of cars. Some are insanely rare and more then a few have restoration possibilities. I just loved the mound of hemi's laying in the yard, holding up a barracuda nose. You just do not see that often enough. Sorry for the poor image quality, these are scans of negatives and I have lost the original prints. Enjoy.1.

The 70 Charger RT, a 69 Hemi Road Runner convert and the 70 300H are some seriously valuble cars!! Add the piles of hemis, the dusters, the E bodies and 1st gen Cudas...I'll bet there's hundreds of thousands of dollars worth or cars here. Part them all out...could be half a million bucks sitting there...maybe more

The 70 Charger was a rare sunroof one as well. The HEMI Roadrunner is a and even rarer convertible. There is actually 2 1970 300 Hurst. A100 pickup with a factory 340 4bbl. There was at least 6 different 300 letter cars and two had long ram 413 engines. There was even a very strange four door late 60's dodge pickup with with out windows on the rear doors but landau windows. You can see it in image 13. http://www.uer.ca/...0f550d9bdb212f.jpg I wish I could find the image I took of a Panther Pink Sport Fury with a 440. The owner said her got a lot of these vehicles from Chrysler after a fire in the storage area at the desert proving grounds in AZ. His house was filled with documentation, packed into 2 rooms.

car-based truck. the Australians call them Ute's. this one is a 58. in the early 60's, the Ranchero went to the Falcon chassis. By the end of the 60's and into the 1970's it was based on the mid-sized Ford, the Fairlane/Torino. As far as I know, Mercury never had a version of this for their mid-size clone.

Not a find of mine, but French authorities found this lovely 914/6 GT clone in a river while searching for a body. 7 years underwater... still looks better than most 914s here.

Front air dam intact. Headlights in the on position. Wipers in the on position. Not found for seven years. Gonna take a shot in the dark here and say stolen by a young car thief on a dark and stormy night who didn't realize just how tail happy those cars get and ass ended in the creek.
