for why you hate on the Corvette?
hmmm? why?

The Corvette (from '67 on) is a poorly made penis replacement with ill fitting body panels, a truck engine, leaf spring suspension in the front and rear, tasteless styling for the past 28 years and interior quality isn't even an option.

I hate the way they look, I hate the way they drive, I hate the way they sound, I hate the way they handle... they're just a REALLY overrated car. And the customers I dealt with who owned them all thought they had some 250 mph supercar that was worth $300,000. I've driven nicer kit cars.

I even did a PDI on an '08 Z06, and yeah, it was fast, but the fact that they couldn't even be bothered to trim the adhesive goop that the floorpans were glued in (which was EVERYWHERE under the car) with bothered me. And it had leaf springs. FUCKING LEAF SPRINGS.

He'd shit a brick if he knew how many pre '67 VW's I've chopped up and made Baja Bugs out of........ And then beat the holy hell out of.

If seeing the motor or interior help determine if it is an LT1 here they are.

The cars inspection dates to 92 and it has an old yellow PA plate. From what I can tell this building closed as a factory in the 1970s and was used until 1994 as some sort of display company, doing carpentry work to make displays for stores, etc. So from the looks of it these two things have been sitting generally unmolested for almost 20 years now in the middle of Philadelphia.

And yes, they both need rescued immediately

Also, do you know what the wrecked body is? I am no ar expert but I want to say its a Dodge Power Wagon.

This Car must be salvable !!!

That's cool, lots of people do. I just think it's my all time least favorite car.

I think it's the large percentage of retards that own them who have ruined it for me.

after driving a 94 ZR1 with the LT5 in it, that was like sex... i punched it to the pan in 4th gear going 55 and the rear axle broke free. Once i got it back in line, the thing was a fucking rocket ship out to 140 where i backed off (i was running out of straight interstate).

Hell my Model A has transverse leaf in the front and Parallel leaf in the back, not a great corner carver (terrifying actually) but it's damn comfortable!

it was the LT5 that made that car.

Yep, which is why it's a bad idea to have a transverse leaf in the front and the rear of a car.

But yeah, those transverse leafs in Luminas and Buicks and shit break a LOT.

they broke where the shock bolted them. The spring itself was made of a composite and was prone to cracking... Once cracked, the ass dropped to the road.
