I don't like loud rap music one bit, but do not whine about it. I like my bike and so do plenty of other people. Some people are just the opposite, and that falls under the category of their fuckin problem. Believe it or not, but some girls nipples stand erect enough to dial a phone with when that rumble hits them. And I always keep it quiet in my neighborhood, but even idling by sets off a car alarm here and there.....

funny story about a Harley owner at the Americade in Lake George NY a few years ago... she rode all the way to the Harley-Davidson factory and picked up her Sportster... rode from there to New York, never modifying it all. Lake George PD or Warren County sheriffs wrote her a ticket for 'inadequate exhaust' and 'illegally modified motorcycle'. She called Harley-Davidson, Harley sent their lawyers... the woman is now not only the proud owner of an 883 Sportster, but also a few thousand dollars richer.

i think any excessive noise complaint tied to a car is moot when harleys and linehaul trucks with straightpipes and jake brakes can make all the noise they want.

Many retards have the same argument, just the way it is and life is not fair. Deal with it or lobby the state legislature to change that. And when it does change, make sure YOU are watching out for bikes. If you hit me because you are talking on a cell phone or texting, the cops are the LEAST of your worries. Things have happened.......Maybe you should look at the numbers also. You see one car get pulled over and freak. I've seen fellow bikers and myself get pulled over. I also know quite a few truck drivers. Sometimes it's the luck of the draw. I'm guessing you're just young and ignorant. I can deal with that.
