Finally, a car that isn't a Mercades. :p

Over there in that pigpen, I found a couple of Shoshoni arrowheads. |

Porsche 914... it doesn't even look that rotten (but it probably is.) It's sitting on '72 VW Beetle "Marathon" wheels... found on the '72 Baja Champion SE edition, and the European Marathon edition Beetle. Nice find.

I concur…probably is. I had one that wasn’t…only because it was the two decent halves of two separate cars :-/ Did manage to bring back a 2L from Germany when I got out of the AF

Nice. 73-74 were the best years for those. (for the 2L ones... or better yet a 6-cyl.)

A few years a ago I found this spot up in the PNW. Tons of old cars from pre WW2- 1960s. Trucks and military vehicles primarily, but some cool sedans too. I was shooting film, which I never scanned but here are some archive photos of the property from around 2009.

Nice! I worked at a restoration shop that specialized in 914s, so I have a soft spot for them and always will. I sold mine the day before they started becoming valuable. (A '73 1.8 that oddly enough, wasn't rotten.)

Yea, it was called a Sugga. I think the Swiss army used them for a short time. I bet with a few little things it would probably run.
