I'm wondering if they are plane wheels.

They could possibly be wagon or wheelbarrow wheels, those "little red wagon" things had similar wheels, for one. they were most definitely for some unpowered wheeled thing. Either a wagon, wheelbarrow, or even a trailer, light duty. Notice how it has no place for studs or bolts, which means if torque were applied the weld would have broken.

Oh, I know. There was also a Barracuda, a Firebird, and a British 50's car. I hate to see good cars in a state like this!

Found another one, couldn't even identify it. Engine missing, most of the front, yet it still has all the chrome. EDIT; NOPE. IMAGE WAY TOO BIG. Mistakes were made! I shall find and upload it properly. Here; 1.

About a '76 Saab 99.
hi i like cars |
|
Agreed, some type of Saab.
|
|
close as that seems;
This one has no scoop, it's a four-door, and the back was a little different i think, had a fuel cap on the left flank. Man, who figured cars get so hard to identify when the fascia is missing, eh? The blinker lights are also too small to be that specific type, as the white one has taller ones it seems. Plus the hood of this one seems a little more boxy, but I will admit the resemblance is there. Bumper also doesn't stick out as much.

There's a ton of variations of those things.... try this one!
Bumpers and marker lights are closer... not enough doors but I can't find a pic of a 4 door one with the sealed beam quad headlights!
