Haha I just had a flashback of my little yellow Fiero. To change the back 3 plugs on that I had to take off the trunk lid, take off the sunroof, stand inside the car with one foot on each seat stand up through the sunroof hole and lean over the roof and down over the engine. I miss that fuckin brain tumour of a car.

why didn't you do them from underneath?

I don't go under cars. I think at the time the general highschool consensus was that taking the lid off was actually easier.

And I actually DO miss that car.

with the 60-degree V, getting the back 3 plugs is generally easier from underneath.

The ride out here, as usual, was better than the explore itself.

When I say I'm 'clean and sober', it means I've showered and I'm headed to the liquor store.

Not abandoned, but with everything as is since 1971, it was a pretty nice explore...

is that a diving platform on the nose of that Beemer? Ooooh no... it's just those swanky US-spec bumpers.
Somewhere, there is a whole fleet of naked bumper cars.

I've got a real sense of deja vu going on here for some reason. S800s and diving board BMWs.

i always look forward to your pics, Neko. Do you still have the Audi?

Sorry, missed this. They're all long gone! Job changes. You know. The usual stories. Only two golf clubs left as well, and only one has a swimming pool these days... Sad times. Neko.

This is excellent, how did you manage to get the car up there? I thought you needed to pay to park there.
