I think, most of the people have not realized before (like me) that the stuff lying around in an abandoned house can be hot cash because there are idiots out there which are paying $$$ for crap!
For younger explorers, this is a really huge amount of $$$ and they can mysteriously start to see pricetags at every item they see in an abandoned house :o) And as we all know, in this age group, many UE are not really known for their exploration ethics and respect for the location.
Oh and btw its was a great idea to have all people call up the police! Sure, this dumbass is fucked but perhaps the police in this area is now generally "more interested" in people exploring abandoned structures.

Supposedly Danvers already has extremely tight security, including k-9's and whatnot. I can't confirm this since I've never been (nor do I live anywhere near there) but it's something to keep in mind anyways.

Well, after sicking the dogs on MD like we have they will figure out it's time to fucking stop doing it.
