This is in France right? I know that France is pretty much a big trash heap (no offence) but how is it possible that cars are left like that? I've seen too many in France. They're registered to peoples name right? Or are they all stolen and 'never found back'?

Yes it is in France and more precisely in Corsica, a beautiful island in the South but full of abandoned everywhere, roadside carcasses in ravines in the bush ...
This one is in France but on the continent, Renault Dauphine.

Not sure if it was an actual car, or just an amusement park ride, but I found this a Chippewa Lake Park. 1.
