as for those Chevettes, what have they done to them?

That price seems high, but I REALLLLLLLLLLLLY want a Yugo.

Whatever they've done to them, it's awful. Sorta like the Rolls Royce grille on a Beetle treatment.

(I also REALLLLLLLLLY want a Chevette.)

I've driven one! (Not a Tesla)

They were also marketed as the "Commuter Vehicles City Car"

I'm amazed at how many still actually exist. It had about 4,000 lbs of lead acid batteries in it.

That Countach had a relationship with a Mercedes 190E and that beast was born.

Also:
chevy correvte engine .porsche trans .ford wire harness- Sounds like a great combo.

No shit. Let's strap a 3.0 ford to a dodge transmission and use some Good ole Britain electronics. While we are at it we'll connect it all to a Dana 35 rear, locked, with some sticky 35's. Let's throw some late 90's neon paint on there to tie it all together.

I just changed the oil on a 02 ford Taurus 3.0 on friday with 465 thousand miles. The owner swore it was the original engine and Trans, and it ran quite well I may say. I was quite impressed to say the least.
