No way l0x0r, this is too much fun... it'll only get the l0x0r if it just turns into a who-can-use-the-most-pet-names-on-each-other match.

I assure you it will not become that, at least not from my end.

1.) don’t get caught sneaking out (important)
2.)Essentially anticipate what they do
3.)Now as for physical capabilities:
Strengthen sides
Strengthen shoulders
Strengthen forearms and biceps
Quads and hamstrings for jumping/speed (just hauling ass)
And go swimming under water for greater lung capacity = endurance yay!
EAT HEALTHY! (Before I do a mission I eat a lot of pasta it allows for anaerobic cellular respiration [thank-you biology] therefore no craps.)
Also use walls when running in tight corridors (like in the matrix, 'cept without the flips and all)
Playing a sport or learning martial arts also helps reflexes... but I do neither

And finally sh-shaW! You are ready for your mission cause you are so strong you could run through a brick wall

OMG i do all taht stuff + martial artz that must mean im even 1337er than j00!! w00t lmao!!

Wow...you can run 2.5 miles and lift your own body weight.
You're a regular ironman.

And the maturity goes on.
