For some reason, this sentence cracks me up...

Chikote-Mousey-too many damned names to remember, I'm assuming?

Edit: In which case, be careful, has has a mighty arsenal! Not to mention the ninja skills to back it up!

uh... you in any form of the armed forces? because if you are, you would be able to run 3-4 kilometers in under 20 minutes (I can in 16 min.)

Don't think it's him, just a chikote wannabe...

Not in the US Army any longer, but still can do a mile with a SCBA on in under 7 minutes.

Back to you, James Bond, does the 007 1337 rating come with fries?

1.) don’t get caught sneaking out (important)
2.)Essentially anticipate what they do
3.)Now as for physical capabilities:
Strengthen sides
Strengthen shoulders
Strengthen forearms and biceps
Quads and hamstrings for jumping/speed (just hauling ass)
And go swimming under water for greater lung capacity = endurance yay!
EAT HEALTHY! (Before I do a mission I eat a lot of pasta it allows for anaerobic cellular respiration [thank-you biology] therefore no craps.)
Also use walls when running in tight corridors (like in the matrix, 'cept without the flips and all)
Playing a sport or learning martial arts also helps reflexes... but I do neither

And finally sh-shaW! You are ready for your mission cause you are so strong you could run through a brick wall

True, I was not in the 5th. As long as you made the basics in boot, they really don't care later on down the road unless you are going for another badge...

Yes actually it does come with fries then time to work it off. I just was accepted into the reserves. and i can do 3.5 k run in 16 minutes with no gear. with a c-7 and a rucksack it takes 18 minutes.

Once again I wish there was some way I could be alerted when 14 year olds are making an ass out of themselves in a humorous way. Couldn't mods mark these threads in some fashion, so I can read them in time to join the mocking?

But... you're a girl. How could you know how to do this stuff ? You don't even have nightvision goggles or a sniper rifle. I think you need to get realistic here, Drie...

Wow, you're uber-1337 and you're an ass. That's a real sexy combination, sweetie pie.

P.S. -- In all seriousness, could you not tell that she was being sarcastic? Sheesh.
