	This place was still in perfect condition. I figured out why it has stayed so nice all these years. The maintenance guy who lives in the back likes to threaten trespassers with baseball bats !

Those sure look like fan blades. Perhaps it's doing some sort of air sampling. Very curious -- do you have any other shots?

Here is another shot. It appears to have a clear plastic cover on it. I think what looks like fan blades is actually the reflection of my flash.
