I found a dead raccoon. That was almost my UE name. Ded birds and bird poop was the majority of what I found. Not UE, more exploring the property I was staying on (horrible story and off topic), I found a dead deer drapped over a branch in a stream.

When the Wraiths went into one of the abandoned buildings of Riverview Psychiatric Hospital, we found a pidgeon carcass, but it's head had been burnt/exploded by something.

I wanna know more details... Like how'd those get like that? What did you do when you found them? Was it just like "ho hum some dead bodies" or did you freak out and call the cops and stuff? Did it smell bad? Why are they neon green inside? Do we turn neon green when we die? Can I turn neon green now? Oh my the questions!!!!

So I've looked through all 9 pages (which I'm assuming will climb a lot more) and all I can say is I'm glad I wasn't eating anything. I've seen my share of animal crap but nothing dead yet. Sinks and rooms full of lots of animal crap.

Not that I'm wanting to see anything overly dead yet, but I'm sure the possibility is there.

Those pictures of the body parts were a tad disturbing.
And so was that condom full of blood, that was pretty weird. And so was the fact it was taped to a wall.

Congrats to the people who actually had the guts left (no pun intended) after seeing that stuff to take photos of it. (:

This house we aptly named Death House. Out back was a pile of corn stalks and remains from various animals, mostly deer, although there was also a decomposing cow, severed head and all. There were obvious signs that humans had killed the animals (judging by the clean cuts on the 2 dozen deer legs we saw) and then coyotes or wolves had spread the remains all over the property. We also saw two deer heads almost completely intact, one had a green tag on its ear, suggesting hunters, but why would you tag the animal if you were going to carve it up right there? Needless to say, this place was ultra creepy.

At a farm in Barrie, Ontario we discovered a pile of innards from what we suspect was either a cow or a deer. No blood, no bones, no fur... and one organ (phallic in nature) had a yellow rope tied around it. At the same location we found hip waders in the barn and the front was covered in blood.

Also at a house in Creemore, Ontario we found a pile of human feces on the stair landing, and in one of the bedrooms there was a butt plug in the corner and some crumpled pages from porn mags.

Plus the occasional discovery of your regular run-of-the-mill dead birds, rats, a rabbit and something that appeared to maybe have been a cat at once.

I remember the buttplug house. I just about stepped on that silly thing trying to take a picture. That was super weird. Do you remember trying to climb those stairs and Kat yelling "Oh shit there's so much shit on this landing guys!"

What boggles my mind is how animals decide to shit in the sink of a place, and how much the sink actually fills up.

It was more like
A Dead Body Cooool!!

There was a moldy-nasty smell

I think the green stuff was a mold

And yes!! You will turn green when you die

We did inform the caretaker about the body, he said that he knew about it and was going to take care of it

Wow. Pretty high on the nausea-meter there.

I spend a month out on some Pacific islands last year- mostly places the Marines fought the Japanese 60 years ago. It's not quite urban, but most of the hardware is still there, just sitting around or being lived in. Saw some human bones, and of course helmets with bullet holes. On some of the beaches you can scoop up handfuls of spent bullets.

Weirdest/scariest: loads of live munitions- mortar shells, 50 cal rounds, artillery shells- sitting around. I guess someone gets killed by these things about once a year.

Mummified bats, Dead birds, Squirrel Skeleton,

Just the normal. I think if you go exploring long enough your bound to find plenty of nasty things, if not natural than things that sick people have left behind just because, well, look at the poop picture.

In homage to the last thread I saw with the most "disgusting" finds while exploring, I propose that all of us post our most hilarious finds while exploring.

This one was ironically found in a Navy Officers' Club kitchen. I'm sure, in its days, it was the brunt of many 'Navy' jokes.
