Then if I get caught I don't have anything overly suspicious on me. I try to actually dress somewhat well so when I leave I blend in with the regular people walking about. Plus a little cleavage never hurt if one gets caught.

Agreed. If your inside Hide. They probably won't bother much of a search or to enter the buildings at all.
If you are spotted outside by say Joe Security Guard. If you have enough cover (i.e. woods) and you think you can get away; just run.
If it's a cop; running is probably not such a good idea.

If you are Spotted on Federal Property: Run Like You Stole Something. You're fucked if you are caught; so waay better not to get caught. I don't know if it is still like this or not; But it used to be only Federal Agents had authority on Federal Property. So a State Cop or Local Cop couldn't do jack. A US Marshall or EPA Officer would need to make the arrest.

lol.. well.. I got a bunch of shit for my proximity alert idea taking too long to ziptie to a post.. so I had to complain *a little* about the cards taking too long to switch out ;)
Seriously though, if I had taken the extra time for that I would have been climbing back over the fence when the cop came by. Total chance, but yeah.

1. Drive the Cop Car into Lake Quinsigamond in Shrewsbury MA, which has so many stolen/dumped cars at the bottom it will take months to recover the right one.

Ha it all depends on how you work it. I have yet to have any problem. If I am caught I am going to use whatever I have to not get charged. Feminism goes out the window for no criminal record and thus not lose my job.
