I found an entire car piece in a Bay Area drain the other day. I'm still wondering how it got here, there isn't much space for a car upstream.

Great reflection in this one too.
Perhaps this thread should be titled, "Reflections on drains".

Thought I would toss a couple of photos on this draining thread to (maybe) get it going again. This was a really cool thread.

I live right above this tunnel where the piece of car is. A great tunnel and find. A bunch of cool graffiti inside this spot.

damn, east bay is where exactly, I cant imagine is near me in l.a. huh? These pics are killer

The east bay is the east side of the San Francisco area. Basically anything from Union City or Fremont up to Richmond.

Thread hasn't been active in a little while, but I thought I'd post some (unedited) shots I took a couple weeks ago of one of the cooler drains in town.

I just used my old point and shoot for these ones; I need to head back with the DSLR and tripod to get some nice long exposures.

1.

The main tunnel (about 7 feet tall).

2.

Cool junction at the end of an "offshoot" tunnel.

3.

Looking back from the junction.
