Nothing new to contribute but when I first came across this thread months ago I was impressed with all the storm drains and tunnels being explored! Glad I got to explore a bunch that were posted in here

fun wackiness

This extravagance was all set up for one night, and most of it was responsibly torn down and taken out in subsequent nights. I hear it was a hell of a party! Just happened to be down there the night after, when they were cleaning up and some of the glowsticks were still glowin'.

Without question the best drain I've been in around here, ease of access considered. If anybody wants to visit it PM me, I know it pretty well. The swing pictured is still there, and we can get pho after crawling out our exit lid!

Awesome pictures! I really like 3. Drains always seem so cool! I'm with tunnelbug on this one too. I've never been in a drain tunnel, but if all of them are like this one, then my next goal is to find one

After seeing all of the cool tunnels, I felt inspired to find one to explore myself. I found a local drainage tunnel. Me and some of my friends went down it for about ten minutes before finding a homeless man and a couple of dead birds. It was pretty creepy! Here are some pictures that I took. Sorry about the poor quality. I took the pictures on my phone.

1. The entrance to the tunnel.

5. We found a bike with a flat tire about three quarters of the way down.

6. We started seeing more and more dead birds as we got closer to the homeless dude.

I don't think anybody posted photos of this one before. It's located in Peninsula and is very recent (built in 2002). Nothing really amazing compared to the other ones in this thread (nonconmat agrees with me), almost no graffitis, but it's still large enough to walk inside, and it's a good photo opportunity.

Finally found this one yesterday! It's nicknamed the spirit drain and for good reason too, I swear I kept hearing voices of other people down there but we were there for a couple hours and it was def just us...

I can't believe I missed that drain before, it's possibly the closest from where I live but I didn't expect it to be so big. It's all concrete like the rest of them but it has a very nice acoustic, and I enjoyed the art gallery inside.

I've seen a few unfinished graffiti pieces in that tunnel, looking like a few people left that tunnel in a hurry...

Interesting, this looked like a calm tunnel to me. I even encountered a 6-people choir enjoying the lovely drain acoustic on a Monday evening, they didn't look like they were in a hurry

Maybe graffers just ran out of paint?

Thanks for sharing TRUE. I was back there no so long ago and was pleased to see some new interesting art had returned. It was a shame when the buffer came through a while back and cleaned up the place. That "Bondage & Torture" one by an artist called Baer is pretty amazing if you really look at it. I have it as my computer wallpaper at work. So far nobody has complained about it inappropriate.
