Show me an old VU meter from your ghetto blaster, hi-fi deck, whatever... from the 80's

Show me something festive

Something festive.

Imagine my glee when I walked into an abandoned gymnasium to find this!

I think I may have posted this one on this thread before when a similar request came up but it's the best photo I have ever taken.

The worst place you have ever explored.

I'll interpret this widely. This was the location of the worst stand off I have had with authorities. I have posted this elsewhere, but during this explore, Tiffers and I were very close to watching someone get shot by an overzealous game warden in south Texas. The pictures actually turned out great, but the experience shook us up both a bit.

Also this was one of the most amazing views when I reached the top of a condo recently, the picture doesn't really do it justice.

How about a photo from a place where you accidentally ran into another explorer?

My last encounter with other explorers outside the guys I was exploring with was back at the end of May in a huge hospital. We bumped into them trying to find a way inside whilst we were also trying to get in, eventually found a ridiculously small window and a very undignified entry later we were all in. Good times.

Somewhere that required a certain amount of climbing to get inside.

Abandoned Childs Hydroelectric Plant

This image ended up on the back of Arizona Highways magazine. No one asked how inside access was obtained.

Show me someone "on rope."

I turned around for a second and he was already on top the bridge.

Later we had to cross over a huge two story deep hole on some boards.

Let's see some abandoned light painting.
