While they should have been watching us, they were out in their car in the parking lot. Security booth unattended.

If acceptable, show me a room you walked into, said "forget it!" and walked back out of.

Let's do the opposite: Show me a room that was surprisingly clean and tidy upon entry.

I got lucky with this one yesterday - straight out of the camera. The light conditions were just right that the tonality of it and DOF seemed perfect to me. That pinkish-vivid skin-tone on the calendar was just a result of early 80s photography and a bit of sun-baking. I even thought about post-processing to actually kill some of the colour rather than increase it! That sure doesn't happen very much... but I decided not to ruin it.

The best I could do, however 24 hours has elapsed either way.

So show me an equally old radio which only had an AM dial.

The markers in the top row of this family plot have very deeply etched engravings and are maybe cut in marble because they have lasted: they are dated 1834 and 1838. The two in the foreground, however, are limestone and have completely eroded.

Life going on outside while you're in an abandonment!
(eg. traffic, or you shooting some pedestrians through the front window of a place, unbeknownst to them).

24 hours has elapsed, so I'll get this one going again. Definitely not what you wanted... this one isn't abandoned. Just decommissioned and sitting in the harbour in Buffalo, NY.
