There's 3-4 orange SD40's parked in a small yard off Wilcox St. in Hamilton, getting some repairs done by a nearby rail facility.

Probably. It looks like the rail isn't spiked to a lot of those older ties, and new ties were inserted in between.
I'm guessing this is the Beach Branch Spur south of Burlington West?
