It's about people who won't poop in abandonments that are padlocked and stuff.

If you don't want to end up in deep shit, stick to these basic guild lines.
1.) If you are busted, DO NOT RUN unless you are 110% sure that you can get away and they did not see your face. It will be easier (and more likely you can get let free) if you don't run or cause more problems. More people run from the cops and don't understand why they are in deeper shit than before.
2.) Do not take anything from a building. Not even a brick.
3.) Do not be a dumbass and bring spray paint. Taggers ruin everything.
4.) Do not damage property
5.) Never have sex with a screamer while exploring. They are a portable alarm.

This!
We've been held, searched and questioned by the police because two of the people we were with took off running. This happened while a group of us were exploring the city park! We didn't know that a shooting had ocurred and that the helicopter circling overhead was a police chopper. What would have otherwise been normal activity on our part raised suspicion because of the running. It resulted in us all being ordered to drop what we were carrying, place our hands on our heads and drop to our knees. That patted us all down for weapons, including my ten-year old nephew.

That being said, if there was an awesome location with a few rotten boards over a window and ripping two of them down allowed entry, I might do it.
I won't B&E, however I don't consider it breaking and entering if the place has been empty for over a year (or more, depends on the location, and whether or not its actually possible to tell if its empty.)

Now in saying all the above,I explore rural areas only (For now) and for the most part,there are places that are still actively used by farmers,and I found out that just because someone farms a property,doesnt mean he owns it.Alot of times if a place is abandoned,the farmer will take over the land and use it to his advantage
Are there specific things you will not do?

In general I stay away from restaurant dumpsters but the asian food places (in my experiences) are the worst. Something about soy sauce, fish, noodles, and sweet & sour pork in the summer heat doesn't smell so good.
