Ouch...

Since then, have you considered some of those custom locking lugs? at least one per tire?

How far did you end up having to walk?

I read that as custom locking lungs. Very odd visual.

Buffalonian, you have extremely tiny feet. How do you stay upright?

(All kidding aside, that looked painful as fuck!)

I used to regularly walk 30 miles, to and from one place and back.

I'm pretty amazed that you managed 55miles in 13 hrs, without it being something that you do regularly.

STARTING out at 4.2mph walking speed is easy.

Maintaining it after the 10th and 20th and 30th miles is another thing.

And that's 55+ miles in 13hrs, @ 4.2mph with NO breaks. If you stopped to take breaks you'd have to have walked faster than that to make it in that time.

I was going over barb wire once and stabbed a beer in my pocket. Lost about 1/8 of it before i could shotgun him. Need Kevlar pocket liners on beer vest........

Oh you poor man! Beer accidents are the worst! My buddy always fills up his backpack with Pabst Pounders and he invariably always backs into something and punctures a can. He's the king of ass-crack beer dribble.

I guess you would consider it my first Urban explore, even though my grandpa owns it
he owns this near ancient garage and i decided to explore it, its two levels no electricity, no flashlight, this was only a year ago when i started learning about all this
anyway, i took a wrong step on my way out (after dodging bats, a floor cave in and tons of rusty stuff, also a pissed off horse fly) and somehow managed to loose my footing, fall face first into the grass and twist my ankle almost completely backwards for a few seconds, the doctors told me i didnt have anything wrong with it, but when i looked at the xray i saw a minor stress fracture, i still have pain when i turn my ankle too far left or right more of a comedy scene really

Apparently that DID just happen. And I AM proud of it

Ouch! I've luckily never done worse than a few cuts and scrapes, including once on some broken glass. Come pretty darn close to almost stepping on a rusty nail (by that I mean I did step on it, it went through my shoe, but then I stopped my foot right before it pierced my skin as I was aware what was about to happen)

Buddy reached into his bag while exploring, forgetting there was an open pocket knife inside. Resulted in about 3 stitches I believe.

so yeah, the ongoing saga of my almost-severed finger has just had an exciting new development. i had the pins removed last weekend and will have physio to try and get the finger to extend as at present it's good for nothing but a rather fine Dr Evil impersonation (it's the little finger on my right hand and is bent over 90 degrees at the first knuckle).

and if the physio doesn't work, imma ask them to amputate to the first knuckle. fuck it if it can't take a joke.

are we there yet?

Just a deep scratch, but somewhat embarrassing ^^'
I slipped on some gravel (the moment we reached an abandoned cement silo), spilling coffee all over my face.

My bloody hand made climbing a pain in the ass, but I am not complaining.
Some of the above photos are ...sensational.
