Description
Just something that I found humorous: Newark Slough, a great enough water channel back in its day that it was deemed worthy of a swing bridge, is no longer even passable for all but a few small fishing dinghys. For those not in the nautical know, a "Note B" means there are numerous uncharted snags, shoals, submerged wreckage, debris, etc. It basically means don't even think about going in there. 90 years sure changes alot, I'm sure back in the day it was probably atleast 20 ft. deep.
