The building on the other side is actually gutted and is part of a small park. We could see some guys fishing over there.

Uhh, I'm not looking at any mill. Im looking at the girl on the right ; and who's the goombah with the paisan hat? How can you concentrate on abandoments with THAt as a distraction?

The building was the power plant. A millrace ran behind and thru the lower level turning two large generators. Associated equipment filled the upper hall. The facility looked to be c.1930 (like stuff in the Frankenstein movies). The site was intact till 1973 when novice explorers (me) gained entry by removing bars from the windows; further damage was done by EMU students looking for cool stuff. The equipment was salvaged about 1974 which left the building an empty hulk.
