if you look at those tires, there isn't a modern one among them... those are all 60-70's tires, bias ply most of them... that's just judging by the pic. They look like they have been there a really long time.

Thus my theory that this property was acquired by the state through eminent domain; there are several "earthen ramps" which are overgrown. This would mean the state trucks parked here , but why stash the tires in the house?
