     History
this one has been on my plate for a loooong time. It's just a house, but a house that sits back in the 'dacks about 40 yards; yet it's uncommon with it's sweet fieldstone pillars which used to support a second story porch.
I wouldn't post a house location unless I knew something about it; now I do.
They bred shelties here; read the brochure in the pics; you could air freight your bitch in to get bred here..
It was hot, I got bitten my bugs, and I tried to relive what went on here many years ago. The house is intact. However the stairs to the basement are not. I'm pretty daring, but not daring enough to descend stairs obviously detached from the floor joists.
My guess was that this poor lady had her house taken during the '60's during the construction of I87. It sits just yards from the Northway; and it's filled with tires; tons of them!
I was so suprised to find anything in here; and then I found the pamphlets; the property was a kennel. Back when phone #'s only required 4 digits.
There are several outbuildings which I would take as kennels; however, I wore short sleeves; I couldn't penetrate the treeline; the undergrowth here is significant.
Brochures are everywhere. Interestingly, the prescence of campers/ squatters is present.

     Media Coverage
Are you kidding? This old place is forgotten and only seen by snowmobilers.

     Future Plans
    Sadly, she'll rot.
