Hurry, I hear there's still some intact Ikea furniture in there. That stuff won't smash itself! (Oh wait, yes it will, it's from Ikea!)

ETMJ is right... it doesn't look like much from the outside, but MAN is it awesome on the inside.

Watch out for nails. Somebody I know had to get tetanus shots after stepping on a nail OUTSIDE of the building.

Also, four years ago, some asshole thought he was cool but he's actually a total noob poser and people should throw rocks at him:

Was anybody at Island Station today around 7-8PM?

I want to be different. But I want to be different just like everybody else, because if I really were different, everybody would think I was crazy and weird.

After a statement like that, I don't know if I want to mention anything on any forums where this SLIM JIM character can read it openly...

Was there a few weeks ago. Amazing place, such an amazing view from the roof.

Interesting website about it http://www.islandstation.com/ There was a highly publicized development devoted to the place several years ago. I don't understand why the site is still running.

The development company which registered it is probably paying the hosting and registration as part of a package for a bunch of other domains, most of them probably for projects which will never see fruition, either. I mean, hey, when you stand to make several million dollars, what's $125/year?

I'm slightly irked by it, actually. The domain was set to expire in May, but got renewed for another year next month. islandstation.net and islandstation.org are still available, and I might grab one of them some day, but...
