I think its very respectful for the mods who steped down to do so the way they did. While I believe those we lost are umong the best we have I respect their decision.
I think Av should take a serious look at how things are done here...loosing that many good mods should be a wake up call that things need another look.
I also think we shouldn't jump down Av's throat before he has a chance to state his side of the story.
