How about a water feature, preferably underground.

Technically, everything I could post would be valid because the Cold War never ended over here. Anyway, here's a bunker in Seoul that has a few decades on it.

How about: any wildlife you've seen indoors.

(I know I just went, but... well, seeing a real mine cart for the first time was one of my most exiting moments in life, so I'm going to share it with y'all):

So let's see something that when you first saw it you had absolutely no idea what the hell it was and/or something you had never seen before prior to that moment.

EDIT: Sorry guys, I accidentally BB'd the large version instead of the medium. Hopefully they aren't too annoyingly big for your screen...

And still not entirely sure what it is. It's something on this page however. Best guess is an extremely old gas feeder.

I found this inside the attic on an abandoned house and, being naive, learned that it was called a Widow's Watch. My highly academic source, Wikipedia, taught me that "A widow's walk also known as a "widow's watch" (or roofwalk) is a railed rooftop platform often with a small enclosed cupola frequently found on 19th-century North American coastal houses. The name is said to come from the wives of mariners, who would watch for their spouses' return, often in vain as the ocean took the lives of the mariners, leaving the women widows.[1] In other coastal communities, the platforms were called Captain's Walk, as they topped the homes of the more successful captains; supposedly, ship owners and captains would use them to search the horizon for ships due in port."
