The absence of insulators between the wire and the fence posts kind of gives it away.

masterlocks are how i learned to pick locks =) just went to wal mart and bought the cheapest one, when i figured that one out, got one more expensive, all the way up the line till my torque wrench limitations became important

Pretty sure this guy was meant to cast a silhouette through the window and make people think there was someone inside to scare people off...seems a little out of place so I would assume thats why hes there...hard to say though...funny thing is i didn't notice it at all until I was inside

This is at an old aerospace facility. This fence was supposed to be surrounding a Titan Rocket...good jorb guys.
