|  | | | I learned something useful yesterday if you ever get caught in a location.
I had never been caught until then, and from all the stories I'd heard about people out-waiting the cops until they left, I expected them to just leave.
Well turns out sometimes they'll enter the building with a fucking K9 unit when they know you haven't left and have the building surrounded, thus having you completely fucked over.
So what's useful - when they bring in K9, they shout at you to show yourself before they let the dog off the leash. IF YOU ARE SOMEWHERE THE DOG CAN REACH YOU, IT WILL EVENTUALLY FIND YOU AND ONCE IT DOES AND IT IS OFF LEASH IT'S ONLY JOB IS TO BITE THE SHIT OUT OF YOU. So if you are somewhere you will eventually be found by the dog, your best bet is to just announce yourself. I also learned that the dog is more likely to attack if you are crouched or lying down (it's trained to maul you the worst when you are in prone, I was told)
I got lucky and the dog didn't bite me - I can't believe how lucky I am (the dog was still in training and because I was so calm she didn't think there was anything wrong when she found us) - the cops actually manually searched the whole building for us (didn't take long, there were 15 of them on site and 6 or 7 in the building searching)
Just some knowledge I picked up I thought I'd share. Safe splorin' everybody.

They flat out told us they were taking us in and 'booking us' for b&e but by the time we had gotten outside the building and they had talked to us a little bit and we told them that we aren't the ones who broke the window to get inside they let us off with the trespassing ticket and sent us home.
They didn't even bother keeping us cuffed once we got out and explained everything.
btw etchleon- you might be too lazy to read the three paragraphs but we said the same thing. And the reason I didn't give myself up when they entered the building with k9 is because I had never had that happen before and couldn't hear what the guy shouted. I know now he was saying 'announce yourselves' but at the time he was in the basement and his words were muffled while we were upstairs.

I find that lemon juice is effective... in pissing them off. It BURNS them, the dog REALLY gets angered over this, I recommended this to someone before I tested it and the dog ignored the command to get off, just kept on mauling the person.
Bitch in Heat urine would work if the dog is make and not fixed. It is something that the cops are not expecting anyone to pull out, the dogs are trained not to respond to food, but there are **other urges** which dogs are not trained to ignore.
I saw this one rig where someone turned an old camera into an electrical arcing device. I think that will have the same effect as the lemon juice though. And will get you charged with assault with a weapon.

in most states, assaulting a K9 dog is the same charge as assaulting a police officer.

If you're in a building, and they're going to send in dogs, just give up... unless you have a way to say maybe get out onto the roof or something and play up the "I'm not there anymore" routine.
