| | | For scouting and not-so-serious photos, I use a Fuji X100T. Probably the best combination of portability, quality, and fun that I've ever found in a camera. HIGHLY recommend it and its predecessor, the X100S. Fixed 23mm f/2.0 lens (35mm equivalent with the sensor's crop factor). For more intense shoots in places that I'm already familiar with, I bring along my Canon 1Dmk4 and a 24-70 f/2.8L lens. Higher quality glass than the Fuji, and can take a beating better than any other camera I've ever used. I've drenched it in rain, accidentally slammed it into walls/buildings/rocks, dropped it in dirt and sand...and it just keeps going like it's nothing.

| I had a 1Ds2 before getting my new 6D and I miss how rugged the 1 series bodies are. I'm contemplating on saving up for the new 1Dx2
