The central reading room on the second floor with the former jail cells now crammed hopelessly with books. The cell on the left had a "Museum" sign and contained curio cabinets like those at 'Borgin and Burkes', (reference to Harry Potter shop on Knockturn Alley) including REAL human skulls.
