|
Perhaps you misread - I said he FELL three metres INTO the water. Good points all and sundry, yeah he could have fallen into metal, hit his head off a dog on the way down, suffocated on a jam sandwich. I guess it's a lesson to us all that we should all just give up and stay home playing Nintendo. Truly, it's tragic. Chris...
We all had ostriches. My dad had an ostrich farm! I remember one day someone came in and said the high altitude bombing of Kosovo had been a limited success, so we all went out and celebrated… by killing an ostrich and boiling it in kiwi fruit. |

| | | The thing I find interesting about these articles is that they don't seem to be outraged that people were exploring/trespassing. Normally the media is quick to jump to condemning all activities, these just stated what happened and moved on.

Correct. All activities that the media or the government don't condone are highly discouraged, or punishable by 'law'.
I wonder if we knew any of the guys who were there that day? I too hope they're okay, I wouldn't even want to fall two feet into a dry elevator shaft.

| | | The only security car I've ever seen was this tiny car/suv thing that said security, and it's always parked on the west side of the building. So I don't know if there's upped security or not. I guess there's one way to find out...

word. there was one parked by the main gate (over by the RTD lot), but i haven't seen it since they switched security companies. i've seen one in the evening, usually in the lot with the semi trailer. he moves around. other than that, nothing.

Well, earlier in this thread I linked a Fox News thread. I'm not sure if that qualifies as evidence though.
