Siologen has a list of hundreds of UE related movies.

I also have a list somewhere too that has maybe two hundred or so...

most of them aren't favourites though

I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me, and it'll happen to you, too!

I watched an episode of 'JAG' this morning that showed then-Lt. Rabb and his first partner, Lt. Austin, sneaking onto an abandoned military base which had an airplane hangar with a large secret bunker underneath it.

Someone mentioned "Escape from New York" earlier. Funny thing, that it was actually filmed in St. Louis. NYC just wasn't dilapidated enough I guess. One of the final scenes, where the good guys are escaping across the bridge and mines are exploding etc... for those who are familiar with the area, that's the old Chain of Rocks Bridge. For those who are not, the bridge was closed to vehicular traffic some years ago for safety reasons, but you can still go up there and walk/bike across!

I never got the whole way through that one. I'll have to take Dramamine and try again. First time I ever got motion sickness watching a movie.

A mirage is not an optical illusion. It is a real phenomenon, and one can take photographs of it. The interpretation of the image, however, is up to the fantasy of the human mind.

eh, it wasn't a bad movie, but living where I do, in the middle of adirondack wilderness, i didn't think those woods were all that scary.

I think it is one of the best movies. They had a $10,000 budget and made a great film that was actually scary. The ending is the best, you have to see it!

Is that the armory? The ending was filmed in an abandoned house in Maryland (in the woods) that is now gone. It was behind an abandoned armory I think.

Battle Royale.

Ab-normal Beauty. (At the end)

Death Tunnel was fucking stupid, but they really used the Sanitorium and showed a lot of the interesting places within.

I really liked Session Nine.

There is also a low-budget film called The Ghouls, and it is fucking terrible. But some of the shots of the buildings, and underground tunnels were interesting.
