Just in from my daily "walk the dog along the canal" ..

I went to check on my beloved malt plant..here's my report:

The huge hole in the wall is welded shot
The metal door that leads to the spiral staircase is welded shot
The swing is gone
The tree leading to the "above passage" is gone
The holes in the fences are repaired for 90%

But:
2 new small and tricky entrances...but for how long because there are in open view.
Now,in order to get to the silos,we are back to the old 2 rock-and-roll hardcore ways(meaning..back to the real fun !)

That was nel-"captain malt plant"-58's report

Hmmm. 2 possible reasons :
1)sold/almost sold
2)movie set coming in soon

I think it's more because of me Tap and Janifour. We called the cops about one or two weeks ago because kids were throwing bricks at us!!

Rather close a building than loose somebody head! They were not throwing bricks front to front but at the top! This is way too dangerous for anyone passing by!

hmmm calling the cop is not really brilliant. I disagree with what you did , you should try to avoid dealing with them.

I know. It's not something fun but I rather close a building than get hurt by a brick comming from sky!! Life is more important than explo ;) And we weren't able to get them, this would have been too dangerous!!

well that s not very good news.

It s the type of situation that gets a place shut down but good.

What actually happened? These kids were just throwing bricks at people, or were they afraid you were going to go after them?

Nope. not good at all.

What did you think calling the cops would accomplish exactly?

There was already many bricks on the streets when we came inside but after making our way inside, they begin the throw stuff in the staircase. So we got out and saw brick falling in front of us. We left as fast as possible. I didn't think about anything special by calling them, if the only way to get these kids caught is this one I'll make it! This is WAY too dangerous to let it go! They can kill themselves if they want but hurt peole around it, not just us, but the hole neighbourhood! I don't like it but there is limit to everything. Fuck urban if it can save someone life! There is priority in everything and this as no excuse!

The end

ok, I do understand how heavy this situation is for you, controleman!

Don t worry about it, you did the right thing! Prioritizing the safety of all concerned is always going to be the right call as far as I am concerned. You guys chill and dont let anyone bother you about it.

You got caught in a bad situation. You acted and did the best you could for everyone concerned. People have been given Bravery medals for less.

Give your selves some credit and take it easy for a bit.
