I was thinking of maybe stopping by if I was in the area but that's what I was worried about. Kitsault scenario's are intense.
Yeah I mean it's pretty boonies, but they also have a good idea of who's there and when and if you don't fit that schedule you're in for a fun afternoon.
Obviously I wasn't the first one there, but I'm moderately sure this place's days of sitting idle might be coming to an end in the next 2yrs.
Posted by Technomancer Sounds like an exciting run comrade, great shots!
Posted by Lola AB Awesome pics Sparro! Wow! Nice find and great shots!
Thanks guys! It was a crazy morning, lots of fog in the valley and a spectacular view from up top!
I'm glad my quivering knees didn't affect the stability of your tripod.

Rode a 2000 km loop up to Fort Saint James and then down through Highway 16, Valemount, Blue River, Barriere, and Quilchena last weekend, here are some shots from the trip. Haven't been able to find any history on the locations at this point.
Looks like a neat find. Next time you're in Edmonton, let us locals know! We just had a provincial meetup over the weekend.
