Nice shots. I love the massing of the buildings (3-6 storey) in those shots, how they lead up to the taller scrapers downtown.

Thank you. That neighbourhood is so close to my heart it isn't even funny. My favourite is the second one. A stranger to this city would be oblivious to the shiny condos behind the camera, all you see is the shit, decay and desperation.

Yeah, that was my security & asbestos abatement excursion. Cased the joint for three weeks, couldn't get in and they were running night shifts inside for most of it. It's so far along now that it's just a shell, the good stuff is all gone.
Pfah.

Not the place to debate this, but I disagree- rather, I think it's a nice compromise solution, a good place for the facade-ism that is all over Vancouver.
