$50 seems really pricey for a dried cat.

I love that building. Nice shot, sad to see it deteriorating by neglect. Ian was a character. It was cool and weird to see the sign still light up, even though the building was empty for years. I think the old neon quit about 5 years ago, or maybe the main breaker is shut off. The tubes don't look broken in your photo, maybe it still could work. I was lucky to get a shot of it lit up a few years ago.
Also thanks (to you and your FB link) checked out the old nursing home near Camosun last weekend. The nearby old empty Glendale buildings have mostly been reused, but a substantial one is empty or mostly empty now. Lots of security cams though, the area is now a high tech park or whatever they call them.
