Give a person a match and they'll be warm for a minute, but light them on fire and they'll be warm for the rest of their life. =)

Thanks, but the inside story is that it took two people to do. I was hand-holding my fully-extended tripod over my head to effect a ~12ft high perspective. Then spacetimecurvature triggered the shot with my IR remote.

So the lesson is... throw more people at the problem! It will be betterer!

What'd you do, pay money to set up a shoot in a museum??

Its this place and its pretty damn cool.

It was an open tour that let us wander around and board all the vehicles as well as shoot pics on our own timeframe. It was basically 20 bucks to have full access to one of the best military museums on the west coast. Well worth it.

I can't wait to have kids some day.

Wait... is that even your kid? Or is it some stranger's kid that you "found"???

Yep, that's mine. Should have seen the look on his face when I asked if he wanted to go exploring the "broken buildings"* at Fort Ord.

Excellent adventure. Does your life insurance adjuster know about this?

(I'm sure he/she would frown upon fire-condemned buildings and rusty WWII-era catwalks as well.)

HAHAHAHAHAHA. Yeah there's some things you just don't talk about

The last job interview I had, he says "tell me about your hobbies"

So I say "oh I like BASE jumping." And after the look on his face I go "no no no I'm just kidding, I would never do anything that reckless. I like fishing"

And he's all "oh fishing! That's pretty relaxing!"
