I like that unlike most people (myself included), you didn't go drastically to the over done side because you think HDR has to look like well HDR lol. Had you not said it was HDR I would have no clue it was.

Therrin, that looks like the Upper Kern to me, although it's been 25 years or so. I spent many a summer up in that area....

Toys seem to have gotten cooler these days.......

Yup! It's up the North Fork on the kern river. It's really pretty up there.

I got a few odd looks from the rafters and drivers when I hooked a rope to the side railing and went over the side. It would make for a bitchin rope swing. Jump off between the old bridge and the new bridge and swing down just over the top of the river.

Thank you for the pictures, SinCal. In some ways, they mean more than any other picture ever posted here. All gave some, some gave all...

I waited every night for a week at the Beet Scales, no one showed? Curious...

I was wandering around San Francisco after work on Friday and stumbled into the location where I found ultimately found this little stash. I'd be pretty surprised if it was supposed to be stored somewhere I could reach in and help myself. There was nothing between me and the wine.
