Wow, when I left it was 2-0. I was hoping for a shutout, that would really piss people off (and I'm all about making fun of people who are into sports - particularly the ones who wear their favourite player's jersey around ['cosplay']). 5-1 is impressively bad, at least.

Opening night doesn't really matter much in an 82 game schedule. In the Ottawa Senators inaugural season they won their first game 5-2 and wound up winning only nine more games after that.

I want something but I'm not in Winnipeg so I can't do it myself -
I want to hang a giant photo of the pit of death building that will not be named in my living room What I need is a photo of the pit of death from a decent angle (I really like the one AJS took but it's got too much black in it - I need something that shows more detail)

If anybody is going to be checking the place out again soon, I humbly request you try and take a shot for me. Maybe take a thrower and light-paint the shot, dunno if it will help. Place is huge and dark. I'll pay ten bucks for the rights to use the photo I know it's not much but hey, it could be a game. Which of you takes the best shot :p

That's awesome, the Kilcona ruins tunnel is finally dry. Hows the air quality down there? I've been meaning to check it out.

Will do! I've been bugging my friend to go by there with me, but he's going to school and has all this homework and other nonsense to do. I'll do my best to drag him out there.

It's a little smelly, but seemed breathable enough. I don't have an air quality checker, so I had to go based on whether or not I felt sick and stuff. I need to get one before I venture too far from the entrance. We found a dead end (plugged with rubble) on one end, and didn't make it to the other.

Btw, the bike messenger/ue game was a lot of fun! One of the locations was a construction area at a university where people were working (they weren't supposed to be). We had to weave our way through construction. Good times.

Another location was at a certain school where people learn to be Dentists. My friend put it best, "this looks like my idea of hell. Dentist chairs, as far as the eye can see".
