Yeah, that's Texas' first rail tunnel. Would like to go in but the guano and stinky water coming out of it kinda makes it not so nice a place to explore... assuming you could get in and out without getting caught. LOL

Yeah, I snagged a couple there too. The best location was Battery Croghan though; what an awesome spot; got some super nice ones from that location.

Also, i think that theater is called the Mary Moody Northern Amphitheater, and technically wasn't part of Moody Gardens, per se.

Your shots of Galveston are making me melt! I have a soft spot for the island... I sort of grew up there... and I want to go exploring there so bad! I just haven't had the time/money to make it happen just yet. I love your picture of Jungle Surf!

Thanks! Jungle Surf turned out to be more interesting and photogenic than I had anticipated. I had a great time both nights of shooting.

My son saw that picture, and says it looks like the opening of a rift in the fabric of space-time. You didn't see anything come through with tentacles, right? Or any small red apes?

Ha! I did no such graffiti but I have been there before. Galveston is fun to explore, did you get into the incinerator or the Fallstaff Brewery?

I grabbed a quick night shot of the incinerator...

But I didn't have time to really cover a location the size of Falstaff, so I decided to save it for the next trip.

This is my favorite thread we can just let it die.
Oh yeah I'm back form Oklahoma, the state park system in Woods County called me up to take pictures of one of their caves. So between that, several other freelance jobs, and school I have been traveling a lot and really busy so I haven't been able to get on UER.

Heres just a few pics

Ok Ok I know this isn't really Urbex

So while taking pics in Ceder Canyon, I found this cave which was down a perilous trail on the side of the Canyon. The Cave itself turned out to be just as perilous as the path I took to get to it.
