I made a return trip to Mueller yesterday. It looks like they may be tearing up the parking lot, but at the same time restoring the control tower.

Yay, most of the drains I've hit here were pretty boring. Plus they have recently adapted a bunch of the intakes and outfalls with grilles that create mini dams when clogged and made a few cool ones impassable.

Now that you mention it, I find boats in several really odd places.

Hadn't looked like anyone had been inside most of the mill in months. No newer looking clothing/bedding, no fresh footprints.
