I have totally dropped off the face of the earth for a while. I'm not sure I'll be able to make it, but I'm sad to hear you're leaving! It was awesome hanging with you, man!

Also, if people want, I can go ahead and update the event page to say in no uncertain terms that they need to be coming to this thread, as I'm not sure that I can keep up with keeping the page current, at least for now. Thoughts on that? Are people still wanting to do this enough for me to do that? I'm not sure if I can hand off the page to another person or not, so that seems like the best way to go about it to me.

So, I will be there, though I don't get off work until 7:30. And it takes me 30 minutes to get into the area. So I'll be there by 8. We can move it back an hour, or I'll just join everybody there when I get there. Either way works. Let's try and make this a big one to send off Sunwulf! I may even be up for some exploring afterwards if anyone is game. The cistern is not far away.

new to UER and been exploring for around 6 months ish now would love to come this coming friday.

Its been a while, need to make the next one.

The Friday thing is a real pain in the ass. A Saturday meeting would be a lot easier to do. Any thoughts?

Edit: Maybe do a Saturday or Sunday meetup every other month. Rinzler made a good point initially, that doing it in the morning would allow some time to explore after, however if the idea is to just get to know each other then an every other month weekend schedule may allow more people (like me and Mrs. Ulcer) to attend.

It began more as a way to meet everyone and match faces to names. But it has completely fallen apart the past couple of months unfortunately.

I'm pretty new to the online community so I'm looking for anywhere to meet up with people and Houston is pretty convenient for me and my friend. Pretty dead usually, in Austin there is usually zero RSVP's due to there being maybe three active members who live in Austin.

She moved, but there is certainly explorers still in the Houston area.
