Also known as the Jerm Rule.

Well, he seems popular with beginners at least.

Obviously a model citizen is a person who pays their taxes, watches out for neighbors, and trespasses from time to time before writing about it on uer.ca.

I was talking more like baby-dangling or, y'know... home invasion.

Fair point.

Okay, call her an imbecile, but unfortunately she's got an eye and talent that I know I can't match.

All those shots she took while trespassing are commercially worthless because she'll never get a release, but she may get more arrest warrants or civil lawsuits.

She has the look, the walk, and the habits of an alley cat. If you think her art looks creepy, get a load of her with all her makeup on... or off.
She drew outside the lines once too often.

No respect for someone else's home is more than an oversight, it's criminally creepy and very unprofessional.
Meh, what you see is what you get.

Yeah. I'm looking at her work, and it's a bit too "zombie apocalypse," for me, lol. Hey, some people obviously like it a lot.

I just realized how old this thread is... I didn't see anything related to her ratting people out, but it goes without saying, that's pretty shitty if she did.

... Yes, I called the Hollis Police. I convinced them not to have an officer join this forum because none of you deserve to have a cop looking over your shoulder here.
I further convinced the cops that the house in question was NOT listed on UER as Karen claimed it was. Her words to the cops were, "I thought it was OK because it was on UER."

HAHAHAHA, Really??? You convinced them? That's hilarious! I think they convinced you!

Jeez. And to think I still had hope for the human race...

I don't know about you Dee, but convincing a cop not to follow a possible good lead never worked well for me.
KateBroderick must have found out there are LEOs on UER because that was her 3rd and last post here
Or they were a cop... oh my.

If only it be as easy to do to stretched out ear lobes
Wonder what's next for the home invader, neck rings? A longer neck might add some charm.

I can rule out that she wasn't a cop.

I didn't get the feeling she was a cop. Only that she is really naive, really stupid, or both for coming to such an ridiculous conclusion from her encounter with police. I can't judge too harshly, but maybe just a little bit...

I know there's a bunch of happenings with legitimate owners and occupants having trouble getting their homes back after squatters take over. If I was the owner, I'd be really annoyed but relieved they left on their own once I determine there's no damage, nothing taken and utility bills weren't ran up through the roof.

One reason why i don't really do houses. You never know when they are truly abandoned. UK and Europe has a lot of Holidays homes, from what i have heard there are explorers who go to these places knowing that. To me they are tools , sorry if you disagree. I know i would be pissed off if i came home to find someone going through my passed life and belongings.

Quite a few of the 'abandoned' Belgian and other European houses that are in totally mint condition have been found out to be holiday homes and lived in for periods of the year, it's really not on at all.

That's why I too avoid houses more often than not.
