I hear those informant guys can be a pain int the ass and a lot of papwerwork, or so I hear. But you're right, cops prefer action and physical detective work. What kind of world would it be where cops could solve crimes by sitting on a computer eating donuts? No cop would want the boredom of that shift.

How is this still funny? Come up with new material.

I do think it proves a good point. If EVERYONE in this hobby is participating in an illegal activity, it is good to know who is a rat and should never be trusted. Obviously this girl has been jealous of the Jerzyk person or was crossed in some way by her in the past to resort to calling the police on them.

I think the whole thing is rather stupid. Everyone needs to mind their own business and not make it all about public opinion.

Ah. This is why we're friends.

This is for the old timers, correct me if im wrong, but wasn't there UER ID cards way way back in the day, or something to that effect, talking like 2004 ish?

Update*** I did find this thread http://www.uer.ca/...d=50143&currpage=1

but I swear there was talk of this even earlier than 2007

Carrying some business cards that would give you some sort of alibi for being there is a great idea. For some reason, having a little piece of paper in your pocket really goes a long way toward making people think you're legitimate.
I can't think of a specific type of business that would seem most legitimate. Photography might work, I would hesitate to go into any kind of inspecting because a lot of those seem to be government affiliated and impersonating a government official seems like a great way to get in a lot more trouble.

I've seen enough on here to come to the conclusion that Jerzyk got a bad rap. It doesn't look like the snitching came from her. I also can't particularly fault her for thinking somebody's house was abandoned when it wasn't. That's why I avoid houses. I've seen plenty that look hella abandoned when they're not.

My verdict: NOT GUILTY!

It amazes me that people actually donate to some of the most asinine fund me sites. Break a law and people donate to help pay legal fees? I coulda used that help a few years back. Sounds so easy. But this chick really is off the charts.

The lulz keep coming with this case:

Video Interview:
"The pursuit of art has led to a hefty fine for a Manchester photographer.
In August, Karen Jeryzk and five others entered a home on Main Street in Hollis.
Jeryzk wanted to use it as a backdrop for some engagement pictures, but she didn't have permission to be there."

Wasn't the original story that she was shooting nudes of 2 (or 3?) women, in what she thought was an abandoned house that ended up being a seasonal home? And now she's saying she was shooting engagement photos? I've seen her work, she doesn't do engagement photos..

I like that she now has to "Write a letter of apology". Seriously, what kind of punishment is that? Did we all of a sudden go back to kindergarten?

I like her tribute to Canadians with the hockey pucks in her earlobes though. :3

Because she has fans and admirers who support her and her work. This is UER. You get a pass if the law you break is trespassing.

just a stupid lying whore. They should try her for perjury, just based on the quotes in the article and what she's posted on other sites. and yeah, she was there doing nudes and her other shite, nothing to do with engagement photos. $500 fine is not nearly enough. should have been $5k and 30 days in jail.

Wow. Classy broad.

She has a way with words too. Very well spoken...

"I let the best get me and went in without permission, and once again, I do apologize for that," she said.

I wonder whatever happened to her. That being said, some parts of Florida have an amazing lack of abandoned buildings. The percentage of abandonments found here that are actually interesting or worth the time is even smaller.

I guess that drives some people to desperation.

Judging by her ear lobes I'd say she's processed. Looks like demons were using her head like soccer ball.

Rumors suggest she went to Africa where a witch doctor impressed by her appearance did a make over on her.
She is now a successful Tikoloshe terrorizing village children at night.

Still other rumors suggest she stayed stateside and is now Seph Lawless's new girlfiend.
These rumors could easily be fact judging by the images we see here.
Either way everyone on all continents need to lock their doors least they come to find her there.
